AID: All-inclusive Directions are imposed by the RBI under section 35A read with section 56 of the BR Act, 1949 in public interest to prevent the affairs of any banking company from being conducted in a manner detrimental to the interests of the depositors or a manner prejudicial to the interests of the banking company.
