Boston Public Works Active Work Zones

The Boston Department of Public Works' Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) produces a daily report on all active utility and private sector construction projects taking place in the City, Monday through Friday.

It also lists all resurfacing and reconstruction projects. Emergency work that is identified outside of normal business hours is made available on the following day's report. This is a legacy dataset containing active construction sites, with details such as neighborhood, reason for work, and estimated date of completion.
