Categories:
• High Aptitude: Areas with the best conditions from the physical, socioecosystemic and socioeconomic point of view.
• Medium Aptitude: Areas with moderate physical, socioecosystemic and / or socioeconomic limitations.
• Low Aptitude: Areas with strong physical, socioecosystemic and / or socioeconomic limitations, which could be adapted with large investments and / or the development of new technologies.
• Not suitable: Areas with physical and socioecosystemic restrictions that make it impossible to carry out the activity.
• Legal exclusion: Zones in which, by legal mandate, the development of Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) production for commercial purposes is not allowed.
