Dataset Description
A cleaned and filtered dataset of 15,000+ food products (mostly french) from the Open Food Facts API. This version is "ML-ready" with all identifiers (Names/Brands) present and all HTML tags removed from ingredients.
Key Columns
- Health Markers: NOVA Group (1-4), Nutri-Score (A-E), and Additive Count.
- Nutrition (per 100g): Energy, Sugars, Salt, Fiber, and Proteins.
- Text Data: Cleaned Ingredients List and Category.
- Identifiers: Barcode (EAN), Product Name, and Brand.
Attribution - Data sourced from Open Food Facts (https://world.openfoodfacts.org/) and released under the Open Database License (ODbL).
