Hong Kong Inter-Bank Offered Rate is the interest rate between Bank Loans in Hong Kong. WHen the fund pool is full of money, the interest rate goes low and vice versa. Most importantly, HIBOR rate determines the interest rate for mortgage for Housing Property in Hong Kong.
