There is a catalogue of full known exoplanets (confirmed and candidates), according to The Extrasolar
Planets Encyclopaedia. All data can be found on exoplanet.eu
Dataset contains over 7000 rows (planets), and over 90 columns with their characteristics. Catalog on exoplanet.eu is updated over time, and I try update it periodically here.
