Welcome to my portfolio! In my recent project, I focused on designing marketing strategies for Cyclistic bikes, aiming to convert casual riders into annual members. Through analysis, I found that members and casual riders engage similarly, but peak usage differs drastically in summer. I proposed enticing casual riders with a season pass incentive. Leveraging digital media, I suggested captivating ads and influencer collaborations showcasing Cyclistic's adventurous side. This portfolio highlights my strategic approach and creative solutions to boost Cyclistic's user base by seamlessly transitioning casual riders into committed annual members.
