Mental Health Detection Dataset

This dataset contains survey responses from patients regarding various symptoms associated with depression. Each patient answered 14 questions, and the responses are coded from 1 to 6 based on the frequency of experiencing each symptom. Additionally, the dataset includes a column indicating the patient's overall depression state.
