The data is provided both in the original tsv format and in csv format (after melting the years data, to transform from columns to rows). The dataset has also attached the notebook to perform this transformation (https://www.kaggle.com/gpreda/eating-healthy-in-europe-daily-fruit-vegetables).
Geographies values are acronyms (2 characters) for EU countries and group of countries from Europe.
