Why is this data set here?

I'm a volunteer high school football analyst with dreams of being an analyst at the college level. I'm about to finish my Data Analytics Professional Certification through Google and wanted to do something I'm passionate about for my capstone project, thus this data set was born.

What is in this data set?

This data set includes offensive statistics for every FBS college football team from 2010-2020. All stats were collected and compiled from espn.com but there were some teams missing statistics that were excluded from the data set including the following: Indiana University (2010-2020), Charlotte (2010-2014), Old Dominion (2019, 2012-10), UAB (2014-2015), UTSA (2010-2011), Appalachian (2010-2013), Coastal Carolina (2010-2016), Georgia Southern (2010-2013), Georgia State (2010-2012), South Alabama (2010-2011), Texas State (2010-2011), Liberty (2010-2017), New Mexico State (2020), UConn (2020), and UMass (2010-2011).
