Tour De France Winners (1903-2019)

Context

In advance of the upcoming Tour de France, I decided to scrape some data about general classification winners from Wikipedia. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Tour_de_France_general_classification_winners)

Content

Data set contains information related to each TdF winner from 1903 to 2019. Years in which the Tour did not occur (due to war) are omitted. Time and margin columns do not include data for years in which points, instead of time, were reported.
