Growth Of Outstanding Liabilities Of Indian States

This data set contains the Total Outstanding Liabilities (TOL) of all Indian states collected from the State Finances: A Study of Budgets by RBI. The years recorded in the dataset are 2015-2024 since 2015 is when Telangana was recorded first. The growth rate is calculated using Python, which is just a basic method of calculating the growth rate based on the previous year's method. 2015 does not have a growth rate since there was no previous year. The file is in .csv format and has 23 columns and 31 rows(states). I added a serial number row feel free to remove it since there is a chance it can interrupt analysis. The addition from my part is only the growth rate and average growth rate of the TOL is from the RBI site, for those conducting extensive study on this the Gross State Domestic Product to TOL is available in the same document that I got this TOL data from. This is being typed after the first main update, I have added columns for population projection based on the 2011 census of 1% per annum and also a hypothetical debt per person both for the years 2015 to 2024 and also area(km^2) to find the correlation. I will be adding more fields as my analysis progresses.
