In this Titanic dataset, I assigned latitude and longitude coordinates to the three ports of embarkation for geographical visualization in Vega-Altair. These coordinates are approximates.

The data folder contains one CSV file.
- titanic_coord.csv: Original titanic dataset with two additional columns for latitude and longitude of the passenger's port of embarkation. Contains 891 passengers and 13 attributes.
PassengerId
: Id of every passenger.
Survived
: Indication whether passenger survived. 0 = no and 1 = yes.
Pclass
: Ticket class of passenger. One of three classes: Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3.
Name
: Name of passenger.
Sex
: Gender of passenger.
Age
: Age of passenger in years.
SibSp
: Number of siblings or spouses aboard.
Parch
: Number of parents or children aboard.
Ticket
: Ticket number of passenger.
Fare
: Price of ticket.
Cabin
: Cabin number of passenger.
Embarked
: Port of embarkation where passenger boarded the Titanic. C = Cherbourg, France; Q = Queenstown, Ireland; S = Southampton, UK
Special notes:
- Pclass is a proxy for socio-economic status (SES): 1st ~ Upper; 2nd ~ Middle; 3rd ~ Lower
- Age is in Years; Fractional if Age less than One (1). If the Age is estimated, it is in the form xx.5
- Fare is in Pre-1970 British Pounds.
