Mexican Women In MMA

Context

In the world, mixed martial arts (MMA) has become a sport viewed with the same magnitude as other sports. It is a 1 vs. 1 sport where two individuals face off, blending all the knowledge of martial arts to determine which techniques are most functional in a real combat scenario. While there are regulations and rules, the aim is to recreate the conditions of a real fight as closely as possible.

Women have been participating in the sport for the same amount of time as men, but their competitions haven't received as much attention. As a Spanish speaker and a member of this community, through this dataset, I sought information about Mexican female fighters who have participated and have official records from recognized organizations.

This data set contain

• Name of the fighter
• Nickname
• Age
• State
• City
• Team
• Type : this indicates if is professional or amateur
• Record: /win/lose/draws
• Total fights
• First fight
• Last fight
  and famous organization were they participated.

This is my first dataset project for my certification of google data analyst.
