This dataset contains information about 545 residential assets, including their prices and a variety of features such as area, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, stories, parking spaces, and availability of amenities like air conditioning, hot water heating, basement, and guest room. It also covers whether the assets is located on the core road, in a preferred area, and its supplying status.
