Dataset Description
This dataset contains the 2021 Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLBank) Public Use Database (PUDB) published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). HERA Section 1212 requires the FHFA Director to make census-tract-level data on mortgages purchased by each Federal Home Loan Bank publicly available.
The file is reported directly by the Federal Home Loan Banks to FHFA and is unaudited. Each row represents a single mortgage loan and includes borrower demographics, loan characteristics, geographic identifiers, and affordability indicators.
