Dataset Description
This dataset contains mortgage-level data on owner-occupied 1-unit properties acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It includes borrower income, race/ethnicity, sex, loan-to-value ratio, purpose of loan, federal guarantee, and affordability categories. Geographic detail is limited to metropolitan-area and census-tract minority and income classifications to protect proprietary data.
