Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac – 2020 – Single-Family Census Tract File

This dataset contains mortgage-level data on all single-family (1–4 unit) properties with detailed geographic identifiers at the census-tract level (state, county, MSA, census tract, minority share, median family income ratios). Beginning with the 2018 release, additional fields on debt-to-income ratio, detailed LTV, and HMDA-aligned characteristics were added per 12 U.S.C. 4543(a)(2).
