Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac – 2011 – Single-Family National File C

This dataset contains mortgage-level data on all high-cost 1st-lien mortgages purchased and securitized by the Enterprises during the calendar year. A "high-cost mortgage" is defined by a reported rate spread under applicable HMDA rules. A portfolio flag indicates whether the security backed by the mortgage was held on the Enterprise's balance sheet at year-end.
