Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac – 2008 – Multifamily Census Tract File

This dataset contains property-level data on all multifamily properties with detailed geographic identifiers at the census-tract level. Beginning with the 2018 release, additional fields aligned with HMDA reporting requirements were added per 12 U.S.C. 4543(a)(2).
