Dataset Description
This Eurostat dataset contains data on population on 1st january by age, sex, type of projection and other typologies, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.
Tables included:
raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of therawtable, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
