This Eurostat dataset contains data on time spent in total work (paid and unpaid work as main or secondary activity) by sex and by form of work, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
