Patent Applications To The EPO By Priority Year (1977-2017)

This Eurostat dataset contains data on patent applications to the epo by priority year (1977-2017), as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
