This Eurostat dataset contains data on employed persons by economic activity and nuts 2 region (nace rev. 2) (2008-2026), as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
