This Eurostat dataset contains data on early leavers from education and training who started but never completed upper secondary education by sex, age and reason for not completing, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
