This Eurostat dataset contains data on number of persons between 15 and 64 years old regularly taking care of other children up to 14 or people older than 15 in need of care, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
