This Eurostat dataset contains data on persons not participating in formal/informal voluntary activities or active citizenship in the last 12 months by income quintile, household composition, degree of urbanisation and reasons, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
