This Eurostat dataset contains data on persons not having internet connection for personal use at home for other reasons than affordability by sex, age, degree of urbanisation and educational attainment, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
