This Eurostat dataset contains data on children (aged less than 16) unable to have a meal with meat, chicken, fish (or vegetarian equivalent) at least once a day due to financial reasons by risk of poverty or social exclusion, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
