This Eurostat dataset contains data on persons not participating in training related to professional activity by sex, age, income group, most frequent activity status, educational attainment level and reason of non participation, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
