This Eurostat dataset contains data on employed persons in technology and knowledge-intensive sectors by nace rev. 1.1 activity and nuts 2 region (1999-2008), as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
