This Eurostat dataset contains data on hospital discharge day cases of residents by diagnosis and nuts 2 region of residence, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of therawtable, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
