This Eurostat dataset contains data on young persons neither in employment nor in education and training by country of birth and nuts 2 region (neet rates), as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
