Inorganic Chloramines And Chlorinated Wastewater Effluents - P2 Notice

This notice applied to owners of wastewater systems that, as specified in the notice, released effluent to surface water and where the concentration of total residual chlorine in the effluent was greater than 0.02 mg/L.

This notice was in effect from December 4, 2004, to June 15, 2010.
