Report on fees collected and waived by Public Services and Procurement Canada under the Access to Information Act.
In accordance with the Interim Directive on the Administration of the Access to Information Act, issued on May 5, 2016, and the changes to the Access to Information Act that came into force on June 21, 2019, the department waive all fees prescribed by the act and its regulations, other than the $5 application fee set out in paragraph 7(1)(a) of the regulations. From now on, only the application fees will be indicated in this report.
