--- This is a 5 Year Regional Report by court level, division and class, as presented by the Courts Services Branch. • “New Court Cases” generally refers to the number of new filings received in a court location that initiate a case, including files transferred from another registry for disposition. • The extracts report the total number of new court cases initiated in courthouses across BC. • Fiscal Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is opened.
