Dataset Description
--- This is a 5 Year Location Report by court level, division and class, as represented in the Courts Dashboard. • “Concluded Cases” indicates the number of Provincial Court criminal cases with a final disposition recorded against all charges on an Information or ticket. • Cases that are on outstanding bench warrants are not counted as completed cases. • Only Provincial Court criminal case figures are currently available. • The extracts report the total number of completed court cases in BC Provincial Court. • Fiscal Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is concluded.
