Dataset Description

This data set presents two surveys conducted as part of autonomous shuttle pilot projects that have taken place in Montreal since 2018, carried out by the City or in which the City collaborated.

The first was done in autumn 2018 with shuttle users who operated at the Olympic Park and who passed by on the site. The [documentation] (
https://parcolympique.qc.ca/nouvelles/2019/12/navette-electriques-autonomes-au-parc-olympique-publication-du-rapport-du-projet-pilote/) is available on the organization's website.

The second was carried out in the fall of 2019 with users of the first project on public roads in Montreal between the Olympic Park and the Maisonneuve Market.

In 2021 and 2022, a third pilot project for autonomous shuttles took place in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough, more precisely on Saint-Hubert and Saint-André streets. INRS has published the results of a study on the perception of users and residents: [Evaluation of the pilot project for autonomous shuttles in Plaza Saint-Hubert (2021-2022): Results on the perception of users and residents (components 2 and 3)] (https://espace.inrs.ca/id/eprint/14210/).
