CFIA Undeclared Milk, Gluten, And Soy In Juices - 2014-2015

The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared milk, gluten, and soy in juices. 300 samples were tested in this survey, and none of them were found to contain undeclared milk, gluten or soy.
