Temporal Declines In Fecundity: A Study Of Southern Gulf Of St. Lawrence Atlantic Herring (Clupea Harengus) And Implications For Potential Reproductive Output

PURPOSE:
This data set was used to examine temporal changes in 4TVn Atlantic Herring fecundity.

DESCRIPTION:
This data set holds 4TVn Atlantic Herring fecundity data collected in the early 1970s, 1980s and 2022. We used the data to examine the temporal declines in fecundity over the 3 time periods and estimated size-fecundity relationships for each spawning component in the 1970s and 2022.
