Dataset Description

As part of a periodic measurement of satisfaction initiated in 2012 and aimed at including the point of view of Montreal residents in the decision-making process, the City of Montreal mandated
SOM to conduct the 2013 satisfaction survey. This wave is specifically aimed at evaluating the following dimensions:

•The level of satisfaction with the quality of life in Montreal;

•The evolution of the level of satisfaction with the quality of municipal services;

•The importance given to municipal services and their relative priority;

•The level of satisfaction with customer services and web services provided by the City of Montreal;

•The ability to find information concerning municipal services and the appreciation of contacts with representatives of the City of Montreal (311 service and Accès Montréal offices);

•The means of communication used by the City of Montreal with Montreal residents.

Recent versions of satisfaction surveys
(standardized approach) are available in the following two sets:

[Satisfaction survey among businesses with respect to City of Montreal services] (/city-of-montreal/business-satisfaction-survey)
