This data set shows the list of offenders convicted for offences under the Regulation Respecting Health, Maintenance and Security of Housing (RVM 03-096), following statements of violation issued by the Health Division of the Department of Real Estate and Housing Strategy.

Note that the convictions issued by the boroughs under the same regulation are not part of this set.
