NB Power’s ARC-100 Project At The Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station Site

This dataset includes links, documents, document titles and reports which are of importance to NB Power's ARC-100 Project. The purpose of this dataset is to proactively share and provide details on all information which is publically available for the project. The following information will be posted:
▪Hyperlinks to information posted on NB Power’s website including, but not limited to, NB Power’s licence application and work packages and pre-licensing submissions.
▪Finalized Information requests (IRs) from CNSC staff and NB Power responses.
▪Formal communications between the CNSC and NB Power including, but not limited to, letters which detail CNSC staff decisions and positions on technical topics, CNSC clarifications and comments, and project agreements.
▪Comments received by the CNSC from the public, Indigenous Nations and communities, and other government departments and agencies, submitted through the formal comment periods on the licensing process (once approval is received from the commenter).
▪Communications from the public, Indigenous Nations and communities, non-government organizations (NGOs) and others directly tied to NB Power (once approval is received from the author).

Where document titles are listed, these can be requested through the open government portal. Proprietary and security related documents will not be posted.
