Interprovincial Migration To And From Alberta

This Alberta Official Statistic compares interprovincial migration to other provinces and territories from Alberta and from other provinces and territories to Alberta between 2006 and 2011, based on the information from the 2011 National Household Survey. Interprovincial migration represents movement of people from one province or territory to another involving a permanent change in residence. Net interprovincial migration represents the difference between in-migrants and out-migrants for a given province or territory.
