Dataset Description
“PlantWatch” is a program where flowering times for selected plant species across Canada are recorded in order to observe the impact that changes in climate may have on flowering species. In the MANPRC three plant species are monitored. Two of these species are arctic and/or alpine plants and are expected to be sensitive to climate change. Each year, the start of the flowering time is recorded for each of the three species. In 2017, 23 stations were monitored.
