Dataset Description
The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared gluten and sesame in salty snacks and crackers. 500 samples were tested and 0.6% (3) of the samples were found to contain undeclared gluten. All of these positive samples contained levels of gluten below 20 ppm, meeting the criteria for gluten-free food.
