GC HR And Pay - Stakeholder Engagement Disposition

As part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Transparency by Design approach to openly share the work to the transformation project for a single modern of Human Resources (HR) and Pay for the Government of Canada, this disposition shows feedback from two groups: employees of the federal public service and bargainning agents. In August 2024, these groups were asked for their opinions to understand their current HR and Pay issues and their thoughts on the ongoing project.
Comments in this disposition are organized by the questions that were posed to stakeholders. They are provided verbatim except where edited for clarity or to protect the identity of participants, in which case they are categorized as "paraphrased".
