Dataset Description

The purpose of this dataset is to show the Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition Area (NUCPA) in Manitoba.

The Near-Urban Centrefire Prohibition Area (NUCPA) is a provincially-regulated prohibition of centrefire rifles for white-tailed deer hunting. This prohibition encompasses all or portions of the Rural Municipalities (RMs) of Headingley, Rosser, Rockwood, St. Andrews, West St. Paul, East St. Paul, St. Clements and Richot. Under the General Hunting Regulation (351/87) of The Wildlife Act (c.
