The location of theBIE Schools, BIA offices, and IHS facilitiespoints were provided by the Department of the Interior, Strategic Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Project (https://www.doi.gov/emergency/shira). The travel distances for each point type was creating by the Bureau of Indian Affairs- Branch of Geospatial Support (BOGS).
